		<description>I think i read in a recent paper that ConEd was planning on increasing the price of electricity next year (by 15%..don't quote me on that) for NYC residents in order to make repairs and update their plants...

		<description>Like you said there is not much that can be done about Con Ed service to New Yorkers in recent years. But it is good though, that they are doing repairs. I think it might be difficult for them to go "green" but if the try they can.</description>
