		<description>Suburban neighborhoods, especially ones just outisde the NYC area, need to start capitalizing on their proximity to the city.  Forging an independent identity like Jersey City is a wonderful way of boosting the local economy and offering people the option of living in a thriving community close enough to NYC to utilize its resources.</description>
