		<description>I think that property value is going up everywhere. It just means propety value id going up and when the home you sold you'll be making a profit.</description>

		<description>A family friend of mine moved to NJ around October. She did mention that NJ residents pay an obscene amount of money for property taxes. She had to leave her relatively new job to take another one that paid her more to keep up. She is single, a first time homeowner and doesn't have any children.</description>
