		<description>Champs-Elysees is definitely a Tacky Tourist Trap crammed with highend and chain stores (Virgin megastore)..but so is Times Square (Which unlike Champs-Elysees is littered with Billboards)...Anyways, It's sad to see so many stores go, where the owners know you by name :-(</description>
